The Garden

Walking all alone inside
The garden of my mind
The wind blows by those memories
And thoughts of you and me that I left behind

The soiled ground is the moraled youth
And distant trees are my dreams
The painted blooms were left by you
And from them are the tears of dew
Which form the streams
That run right through all the pain
What this means
Is nothing has changed

CHORUS
Now that you've walked all through my garden
You've soiled the life with pain
How you said you'd try, but by then
I knew that nothing would change
In my garden...

Solo

The flowers seem to wilt without you
The grass has lost it's green
The labyrinth that I once knew so well
Has found me lost so many times
In between
As it runs right through all the pain
What this means is that it's driving me insane

Chorus Twice
